1. Overview
D1VINI7Y Design Co. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides custom garment design, production, and creative services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
2. Custom Work & Orders
All custom garments and design services are made-to-order.
• A deposit or full payment is required before any work begins
• All custom orders are final sale once production has started
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate details, sizing, and references
Divinity is not responsible for dissatisfaction resulting from unclear or incomplete instructions.
3. Production & Turnaround Time
All items are produced on a made-to-order basis.
• Standard turnaround time: 1–3 weeks
• Timelines may vary depending on complexity, order volume, or material availability
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee
Delays may occur and will be communicated when possible.
4. Payments
We accept payments through secure checkout methods provided on our website.
• Orders must be paid in full (or deposit secured) before production
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the order
5. Pricing & Modifications
Prices are subject to change at any time.
• Customizations, revisions, or add-ons may incur additional charges
• Any changes requested after confirmation may affect pricing and turnaround time
6. Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products:
• All sales are final
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
7. Creative Rights & Usage
Divinity retains the right to:
• Use completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes
• Showcase custom pieces unless otherwise agreed upon in writing
Clients may not reproduce, resell, or distribute Divinity designs without permission.
Intellectual Property & Original Works
All designs, graphics, concepts, and creative works produced by Divinity are the intellectual property of Divinity unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
D17VINITY Original Works
All original designs created and released under Divinity (including garments, graphics, and collections) are owned solely by D1VINITY DESIGN CO.
• These works may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or resold without explicit written permission
• Purchase of a product does not grant ownership of the design
• D1VINI7Y Design Co. reserves all rights to reproduce, restock, or reuse original designs at its discretion
- Custom Client Work
For custom designs created specifically for a client:
• The physical garment is owned by the client upon purchase
• The design rights remain with D1VINI7Y, unless a commercial license is purchased
• Clients may not reproduce, sell, or distribute the design for profit without prior agreement
Commercial Use
Any use of D1VINI7Y designs for:
• resale
• branding
• merchandise production
requires a separate commercial licensing agreement and fee
Portfolio & Promotion
Divinity reserves the right to showcase all work (custom and original) for:
• portfolio use
• marketing
• social media
unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier.
• D1VINI7Y is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
Lost or stolen packages must be addressed with the carrier.
9. Limitation of Liability
Divinity is not liable for:
• Improper garment care after delivery
• Fit issues due to incorrect sizing provided by the customer
• Delays outside of our control
